The other party’s insurance company tried to avoid paying for my two carseats that was involved in the accident stating it was unoccupied. Recently, a condo we own sustained water damage from a broken water pipe in an outside wall. The water damaged the ceiling, walls, floor, water heater and fireplace. I was able to speak with Brian the day the damage occurred. He made recommendations regarding repair companies. "Brian is the best insurance agent I have had. He always returns calls/emails promptly, and one really feels like he is there to help you and provide the best insurance advise. He genuinely wants to help people with insurance issues, share his knowledge and not just sell policies. When I had issues with my fathers agent (as I am responsible for his insurance needs) his agent wasn't helpful and took days to call back. I wanted to transfer the policy to Brian, but internal State Farm policies wouldn't allow it. Brian provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision and then got my father's agent involved to push things through even though there was no financial benefit for him. Not too many agents would do this, let alone follow up to make sure all had been taken care of."
